When we launched our CashOrCard SEOshop link a few months ago, our goal was to offer a basic connection between your eCommerce store and physical shop. We did just that and, in cooperation with SEOshop, were able to launch the connection last Augustus. That ushered in a period characterised by constant testing and improvements. A group of SEOshop merchants actively used the connection in running their stores and shared their findings and feedback with us.
And much thanks to their input, we were able to vastly improve the connection in terms of both features and synchronisation. Today, we are pleased to inform you that the new app for SEOshop users is live. Here’s a rundown of the most important changes we made:
1. Customer lookup
From now on you can identify your SEOshop customers whenever they make a purchase using the POS. You can look them up by their first name, last name, business name, phone number or postal code. Here’s how that works in the app:
2. Order sync
As well as regular transactions, you can now sync your discounts and custom sales from the POS to SEOshop.
3. Product sync
The process of product sync has been smoothed over in a joint CashOrCard-SEOshop effort. From now on, your SEOshop products will automatically sync with the app every day and you will receive a daily report in your inbox of what happened.
4. Unlimited connected stores AT NO EXTRA COST
We’ve changed our core pricing model and you can now connect as many devices or stores as you like at no extra charge. We are still offering our app connected to the SEOshop back office for only €9,95 but this price will increase in the near future, so be sure to join soon!
